Shipping:

• Where do you ship? Currently I am only shipping within the U.S. If you are international please use my Etsy for international orders.
• How long do orders take? My processing time is usually 5-7 days from order date. If you have tracking on the package you'll receive information as soon as the shipping label is created
• Will my order have tracking? All stickers, sticker sheets, and greeting cards do not have shipping as they are shipped via stamp Unless purchased with any other items which do include tracking.
• Recycled packaging To be environmentally friendly I will sometimes use recycled packing materials for an order.

Products:

• Why is my keychain all scratched? All keychains come with a film sticker that you can peel off. There are no scratches on the keychains themselves but on the protective film
• Are stickers waterproof? All stickers are laminated with durable, outdoor laminate. They are for the most part water and weather proof but for the longevity of the sticker, hand wash only if added to something such as a water bottle
